Machine Control and Factory Automation
We have completed projects
for several world-class customers providing them with tailor-made control
systems for high speed manufacturing and packing lines. Our PLC of choice
is the Siemens S7 series but we also have a long history with the S5
series as well as Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation and Mitsubishi
equipment.
PLC Programming
You may already have a
control system and simply require a software engineer to program the PLC
system. Or perhaps you just need some adjustments made to the logic of an
existing program. We can provide the person you need and who will
understand your machine and production requirements and be able to quickly
translate those into a working solution.
Electrical Cabinet Design and Build
The PLC and its software is
at the heart of any modern control system but it still has to be connected
to the various switches, devices and actuators across the machinery.
Contactors, breakers, safety circuits and relays have to be enclosed and
safely wired to appropriate international regulations and directives. If
you prefer, you can have your control systems cabinets built for you and
supplied fully programmed.
